Since 2006, Chris Simon has been a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has mediated hundreds of cases since that time. His background as both a defense attorney, and a plaintiffs’ attorney makes him uniquely qualified as a mediator.

Chris has represented plaintiffs and defendants in injury, wrongful death, and insurance litigation as a civil litigator for 18 years. The first 10 years of his career were spent as an insurance defense trial attorney, representing a variety of insurance carriers in Auto, Trucking, and Premises Liability cases. Since 2007, Chris has practiced as a plaintiffs’ lawyer in Automobile Injuries, Trucking, Premises Liability and Negligent Security Cases.
